Our guesthouse is located in Champvillair Dessous, a hamlet of Roisan, in a magnificent mountainous area. This place is rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, and enjoys a peaceful location with breathtaking panoramic views. The villa was built in the 1970s by Claudio and Anna, and over the years it has been expanded and renovated to offer hospitality to our guests.
The characteristic architectural element of the structure is the turret, which houses the access staircase and the elevator. In addition to the reception, there are the panoramic terrace, the coffee area, and the reading room to the west. The library and study are located in the tranquility of the northeast side.
The garden, which extends over several levels, offers paths, ramps, and steps that wind through water features, terraces, and flowered corners. Here you can find numerous species of trees typical of Valdostan flora.
The spaces dedicated to reading and sunbathing guarantee moments of relaxation. For children, there is a green area with slides and swings.
We have ample covered parking and a garage available for our guests.

The Aosta Valley offers a complete natural and cultural experience. Surrounded by majestic European mountains, including Mont Blanc, Matterhorn, Gran Paradiso, and Monte Rosa, and above all the majestic Grand Combin that dominates the view to the south, this place is perfect for contemplation and meditation.
The verticality of the territory favors the practice of sports such as mountaineering, rock climbing, trekking, skiing, rafting, canyoning, and downhill.
In the Aosta Valley, you will find the first Italian national park, Gran Paradiso, which protects almost a third of the territory to preserve its biodiversity. Despite its small size, the region preserves traces of ancient civilizations, such as prehistoric megalithic monuments and Roman era testimonies like the triumphal arch, the Praetorian gates, and the Aosta theater. Furthermore, there are over 100 medieval castles, towers, and fortresses that over the centuries have been transformed into Renaissance residences, as well as Romanesque and Baroque churches.
Dozens of museums tell the local heritage and contemporary artistic effervescence.
Local craftsmanship and gastronomy, together with still-living traditions such as the millennial Foire de Saint-Ours, the historical Carnival, and the Franco-Provençal culture, attract visitors from all over the world.
For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous options in the immediate vicinity:
- The swimming pool and sauna of Gignod (6 km away)
- The golf clubs Arsanières in Aosta and Les Iles in Brissogne
- The "Gold diving center" scuba diving center in Aosta
- The network of trails in the municipality of Gignod
- The ski resorts of Crevacol (21 km away) and Pila (8 km away)
If you wish to relax, we recommend shopping in the center of Aosta, visiting the Casino in Saint-Vincent, or enjoying the thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier.
